CONCIERGE SERVICES
We offer a variety of services at the office but one thing that we encourage patients to take part in is the concierge medical service. Dr. Khan has arranged this service for clients that wish to have direct access to the doctor at any time during the day. Concierge medicine is a revitalized service that used to be the way most doctors practiced years ago. Home visits were normal and patients had the ability to be treated at home without having to go to the office. Access to the doctor has been a big issue for many patients and has been an ongoing vital part of outpatient medicine to improve. Dr. Tariq Khan, the OC Concierge Doctor, encourages access for his patients and also takes his time to address every concern.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER
For a small fee per month, you have access to the clinic for the same day or next day appointments. You get yearly physicals including blood work, EKG, cancer screening, and STD testing. You will have minimal to no waiting times in the office and can have one home visit per year. You will also have low discounted rates on imaging studies and blood tests or can go through insurance for this. Blood draws are done in the office and sent out for testing. You will also have quick access to subspecialty services if needed.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE MEMBERSHIP
- 17-45 years old - $100/month
- 46-64 years old - $150/month
- >65 years old - $200/month
Additional home visits start at $300 for the visit based on location
